[Announcement] Supporting Reasonable Parent–Teacher Communication and Teachers’ Right to Disconnect
親愛的家長，您好：
Dear parents,
為兼顧學生受教權與教師休息權益，本校依教育部及臺北市政府教育局來函，推動合理親師溝通機制，敬請配合下列事項：
To uphold students’ right to education and teachers’ right to rest, the school is implementing reasonable parent–teacher communication arrangements in accordance with official letters from the Ministry of Education and the Taipei City Department of Education. Please observe the following:
一、一般事務於上班時間聯繫

Contact Teachers During Working Hours for Routine Matters
班級事務與一般親師溝通，請善用聯絡簿，並儘量於教師上班時間聯繫。
For routine class matters and parent–teacher communication, please use the home–school communication book and contact teachers during working hours whenever possible.
二、緊急事件依機制處理
2. Follow School Procedures for Emergencies
涉及校園安全、重大突發事件、緊急災害或其他急迫事項，請依學校緊急事件處理機制聯繫；必要時洽學校相關處室。
For urgent campus safety concerns, major incidents, disasters or other emergencies, follow the school’s emergency procedures and contact the relevant school office when necessary.
三、尊重教師回覆時間
3. Allow Teachers Time to Reply
教師可能因授課、研習、請假或家庭照顧而無法即時回覆，敬請理解與體諒。
Teachers may be unable to reply immediately while teaching, attending professional development, on leave or caring for family. Thank you for your understanding.
感謝家長支持，讓教師獲得適當休息，以充沛精力陪伴學生學習，共同營造友善健康的學習環境。
Thank you for supporting teachers’ time to rest so they can return with renewed energy to support students’ learning. Together, we can build a respectful and supportive learning environment.
